Our Goal
To advance the practice of Systems Engineering by adding a rigorous, theoretical foundation to the methods and practices used to bring complex systems into being. We seek to add rationality to engineering decisions to ensure logic in engineering design.
Our Team
Danielle Nicholson, M.E.Danielle has over 12 years experience as a Systems Engineer and Mechanical Engineer in the Electronics and Aerospace industries. She has been a Mechanical Design Engineer, Test Lead and Project Lead Engineer on numerous projects in her career. She worked at Intel Corporation, Honeywell, the United States Air Force, Kwajalein Range Services and Harris Corporation.

J. Morgan Nicholson, PhD, MBA, PE, CSEPMorgan has been a technical leader and innovator for 19 years. He has experience as a design engineer, test engineer, systems engineer, chief engineer and project lead on a broad range of projects. Morgan is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs in the Systems Engineering Program. He is a Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force Reserves working in Space Electronic Warfare. Previously, he worked at L3Harris, Kwajalein Range Services and as an Active Duty Air Force officer for the USAF Electronic Systems Center.
